In case of disputes, and where permitted by law, the courts of Bengaluru or another designated jurisdiction may have authority, without limiting any consumer rights you may have.

Users and creators in India must follow local laws, including those relating to obscenity, defamation, intellectual property and IT regulations. Harassment, hateful conduct and the sharing of unlawful content are forbidden on Flect and may result in suspension or removal.
